Does Complete Appliance service my area?

We service the entire Denver Metro area. Please call 303-904-8888  to inquire about your service area if you are unsure.


How do you charge? What is your cost structure? 

To dispatch a Technician to your property to do a full diagnostic of the appliance that you need service or repair on, we charge a flat rate fee for a service call. Once the appliance is diagnosed, your certified Technician will quote you out a price for parts and labor, should you need either. We never charge hourly because each job is so very different. *Please call 303-904-8888 to inquire about the service call fee in your service area.


Do you have a warranty?

Yes, we warranty our service call fee, parts and labor for 90 days for the same machine that we provided service for. 


Are you insured?

Yes, Complete Appliance Repair Inc is always insured for the protection of our staff and our Client’s property. We are also in Good Standing with the Colorado Secretary of State. 


Do you do background checks on your employees? 

Yes, we check criminal and driving records for all of our new employees.


Do I need to be home or present to get my appliance repaired or serviced?

That is completely up to your comfort level. We have upstanding Technicians who are screened before they are hired. We are also insured. We are comfortable having one of our Technicians enter a vacant or unattended property given a way to enter and relock upon completion of the job. 


How often should I have regular maintenance or service on my appliance? 

We recommend serving your appliances every 6 months to a year to make sure that they are functioning properly. 


Do you have weekend appointments available? 

Yes, we have one-hour appointment windows on Saturday from 10am-3pm. 


What service window can I expect? 

We at Complete Appliance Repair know how busy life is and do not want to add wasted time to your day. We offer convenient one-hour appointment windows. 


What do I do if my appliance is still having issues after my service appointment?

If your appliance is still having issues once we have completed a service, please call us right away and we will schedule an appointment for your Technician to come back out. We have a 90 day warranty that covers your service call fee, parts and labor. We are in service to you and want to get you taken care of properly and efficiently. Please contact our office if you are having any further issues and we will get you taken care of. 


How do I schedule an appointment? 

To schedule an appliance repair or service, you can call our office directly at 303-904-8888 or visit the request service tab to schedule. We will offer you the most convenient service window that suits your schedule.


How does in home appliance repair work? 

Once you schedule a one-hour appointment window, you can expect your Technician to give you a call within that window, to let you know that they are EnRoute to you. Our professional Technicians are always in uniform so that you can identify them easily. Once the Technician has diagnosed your appliance, they will then let you know what is going on with the machine, and what the cost is to repair it. Our service professionals are well versed on repair vs replace costs and will always give you their honest opinion of whether it is worth a repair, or better to replace the appliance. Once your service is complete you can pay your Technician directly using our secure merchant service. We also accept cash and checks.


What forms of payment do you accept? 

You can pay your Technician directly. We accept cash, check, debit or credit. We do not discriminate against any form of payment. 


Do you have any discounts?

We do honor discounts for our Military Clients who have served our country and for the Senior community. 10% off of parts. 


Do I have to pay an additional fee if my Technician has to order a part and come out a second time to install it? 

No, you will not incur another service fee for an additional appointment to have parts installed. 


How can I identify my Technician? 

Our Technicians are always in a company uniform so that you can identify that they are indeed from our company. 


Can I drop off my appliance to be serviced at Complete Appliance’s location?

We do not provide a drop off and pick up service. 


Do you install appliances? Do you uninstall and haul away broken appliances? 

We strictly provide service and repair on appliances. We do not do installations or haul away broken appliances. 


Do you sell appliances? 

We strictly provide service and repair on appliances. We do not sell appliances. 


Do you do warranty work for appliance manufactures? 

We do not have any warranty contracts with appliance manufacturers. However, if you call your manufacturer, they can approve us to do the warranty work having you pay us directly and reimbursing you for the repair. 


Do you work on small appliances like mixers? 

We do not service small appliances. Complete Appliance Repair strictly works on all brands of major domestic appliances. For example: Refrigerators, ovens, washers, dishwashers, disposals, trash compactors, dryer, wine refrigerators, microwaves, ranges…and more. 


What exactly is a service call fee? Why do you charge a service call fee just to come out to my property? 

To dispatch a Technician to your property to diagnose your appliance we charge a service call fee. The fee is for the transportation expenses incurred and the Professional Technician’s time and knowledge of the appliance. That is how our Technician’s are paid. 


Do you work on commercial appliances? Do you do repair or service on restaurant equipment? 

We do not do service or repair on commercial or restaurant grade equipment or appliances.
